Staff Product Manager, Tokenization

Ripple builds crypto infrastructure for financial institutions, with tokenized funds already live on the XRP Ledger as Multi-Purpose Tokens. This Staff PM owns the two protocol workstreams that decide how far institutional tokenization goes: token standards and Confidential MPT privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the XRPL tokenization roadmap: MPT evolution, transfer controls, corporate actions and programmable tokens
• Lead the privacy roadmap, taking Confidential MPTs from mainnet launch to institutional scale
• Write feature specifications and build consensus with engineers, validators and open-source contributors to carry proposals to amendment
• Set requirements and go-to-market priorities for each new asset class
• Bring hardware wallets, custodians and issuer platforms along so institutions can adopt on day one
• Scope compliance capabilities regulated issuers need and define metrics such as XRPL's share of tokenized assets

What we are looking for

• Typically 6+ years shipping technical platform or protocol products as a product manager
• Comfort with protocol-level design: ledger internals, token standards and cryptography-adjacent topics such as confidential transactions and key management
• Clear writing and the ability to build alignment across distributed teams and partners
• Nice to have: capital markets experience (funds, issuance, collateral, settlement) and open-source or standards governance experience
