Senior Technical Product Manager, Onboarding & Compliance
Job Description
Sphere Labs is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the KYC/KYB and onboarding roadmap for its compliance-native cross-border payments infrastructure (SpherePay, SphereNet), balancing conversion speed against regulatory rigor.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for KYC/KYB and onboarding
- Drive onboarding API/SDK strategy for integrators
- Shape the risk-rating program with the compliance team
- Build internal tooling for case queues, review workflows, escalation paths, and audit trails
- Prioritize engineering work
- Define and track onboarding conversion, time-to-approval, and operational metrics
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of product management with full lifecycle ownership
- Experience inside a regulated institution on an API product
- Compliance/onboarding product experience and/or API/SDK-for-integrators experience
- Direct engineering collaboration
- Strong written communication
- Spanish or Portuguese a plus; crypto/stablecoin KYC/KYB experience a nice-to-have
