Job Description
The Solana Foundation is the non-profit steward of the Solana network.
This role builds Solana's video/short-form presence beyond X — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram — creating recurring content franchises for developers and new onchain users.
Responsibilities
- Develop platform-specific growth theses for YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Create recurring content formats rather than one-off posts
- Build a bench of on-camera ecosystem talent
- Plan and produce content around Solana events (Breakpoint, Accelerate, Hacker Houses)
- Develop regional/non-English content formats
- Manage editors and contractors to a consistent cadence and budget
What we are looking for
- Demonstrable success growing a YouTube channel or long-form video presence
- Hands-on production skill (concept to published video)
- Native fluency in crypto culture
- Strong instinct for content format effectiveness
- Comfort with AI tooling for scripting, editing, thumbnails, localization
Additional Information
Fully remote, open to candidates based in the US or Europe; role sits within Solana Foundation's marketing function focused on cross-platform video growth.
