Institutional Growth Marketing Lead

The Solana Foundation is hiring an Institutional Growth Marketing Lead to drive growth marketing targeted at institutional financial buyers building on Solana, including allocators, banks, and heads of digital assets. The role must establish credibility with sophisticated financial audiences around tokenization and "internet capital markets."

• Segment institutional/capital-markets audiences into named accounts and personas
• Develop integrated campaigns on tokenization and digital capital markets
• Build sales enablement materials (narratives, decks, objection handling)
• Produce flagship research/reports with the Data team
• Activate events/partnerships (Breakpoint as anchor)
• Measure engagement and pipeline influence

• Substantial institutional financial marketing experience (asset managers, banks, fintech)
• Full-funnel program ownership
• Strong writing for sophisticated financial audiences
• Sales enablement experience
• Working knowledge of tokenization/digital assets
• AI tooling fluency for research/campaigns

This role puts marketing at the center of Solana's push into institutional finance, translating technical tokenization concepts into credible narratives for banks and asset managers — a different muscle than consumer crypto marketing.
