Senior Staff Product Manager

We seek a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead and develop our Trust Platform — the programmable controls, integrations, and tools that enable our products to function securely and reliably as we grow into more regulated, higher-risk markets such as banks and other regulated entities.

• Own the roadmap for some of our highest-stakes regulatory surfaces. Get ahead of new jurisdictions and requirements.
• Define the scope and develop the Trust Platform by deciding which components should be reusable. Identify the initial use case(s).
• Build tooling for information-request and review workflows that scales across product lines, rather than requiring headcount growth to keep pace with volume.
• Collaborate across departments with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate regulatory and risk requirements into product decisions.

• 5-7 years of experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated technology space, including Staff or Senior Staff level Product Management.
• A history of developing and expanding platform products — reusable primitives and APIs that other teams rely on.
• Experience in compliance, risk, trust and safety, or another high-stakes regulatory domain, with the technical depth to reason about system build and tradeoffs.
• Ability to operate independently across a wide collaborator matrix — Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and other product teams — while retaining clear product ownership.
• Comfort prioritizing and building something new in a high-ambiguity environment.
