Product Manager - Tokenisation & Stablecoin Infrastructure

BitGo is hiring a Product Manager for its Tokenization & Stablecoin Infrastructure team, building the products that let institutions issue, mint, redeem, custody and move stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets on regulated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for tokenization and stablecoin infrastructure, including mint/burn and redemption flows, issuance workflows and reserve and settlement integrations
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, operations and compliance partners
• Scope and ship new issuer and asset integrations end to end, from PRDs to launch readiness
• Partner with stablecoin issuers, asset managers, banks and token foundations
• Evaluate new chains, token standards and market-structure developments such as tokenized securities and deposits
• Define success metrics such as issuer onboarding time, volumes and revenue

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of product management in fintech, payments, crypto or financial infrastructure, shipping B2B or institutional products
• Strong working knowledge of token standards, L1/L2 ecosystems, wallets, custody and onchain settlement
• Understanding of stablecoin and tokenization models and the regulatory landscape (GENIUS Act, MiCA, trust-bank regulation)
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and writing clear PRDs
• Nice to have: traditional finance, capital markets or banking infrastructure experience
