Product Manager, R&D Efficiency Platform
Job Description
OKX is seeking a Platform Product Manager to own the R&D Efficiency Platform and Cloud Management Platform. You will translate pain points across CI/CD, DevSecOps, Change Management, and multi-cloud management into clear product solutions, and drive the platform's AI-Native evolution by productizing AI Agents and LLMs for intelligent review, pipeline self-healing, and ChatOps.
Responsibilities
- Own product planning, roadmap, and release cadence for the R&D Efficiency and Cloud Management Platforms
- Lead functional design of CI/CD, Change Management, security gates, and multi-cloud resource management modules
- Drive the platform's AI-Native evolution — plan AI Agent/LLM productization for intelligent review, pipeline self-healing, and ChatOps
- Establish a data-driven metrics system (DORA metrics, change success rate, MTTR, cloud resource utilization/cost)
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of B2B/platform product management experience with a Computer Science background
- Deep understanding of DevOps/CI/CD lifecycle; familiar with CMP, multi-cloud management, or R&D efficiency platforms
- Knowledge of AI/LLM productization (Agent, RAG, ChatOps) and embedding AI into platform products
- Data-sensitive with strong structured thinking; excellent cross-team communication in English
