Job Description
Polygon Labs is hiring a Director of Product to own strategy for enterprise wallets, custody, and treasury infrastructure across its Open Money Stack. The role spans custodial and non-custodial architecture decisions, programmable money APIs, and partnerships with wallets, custodians, stablecoin issuers, and DeFi protocols.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise wallet strategy and roadmap
- Build onchain treasury products and programmable money APIs
- Make custodial vs. non-custodial architecture decisions
- Partner with wallets, custodians, stablecoin issuers, and DeFi protocols
What we are looking for
- Product leadership experience at firms like Fireblocks, Coinbase, Circle, Anchorage, or Stripe
- Deep understanding of key management, signing, and policy engines
- Experience with compliance and reconciliation systems
