Sr. Product Manager, Fintechs & Exchanges
Job Description
OP Labs builds Optimism, an open-source blockchain network powering the next generation of financial infrastructure — more than 65% of Layer 2 activity on Ethereum runs through the OP Stack. This Senior Product Manager will drive onchain adoption by fintechs and centralized crypto exchanges, working across engineering, business development, design, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the fintech and exchange roadmap, including integrations, SDKs, and infrastructure
- Build deep expertise in fintech/exchange needs around compliance, custody, and UX
- Launch products that enable yield, trading, and payments onchain
- Partner with DeFi protocols, infrastructure providers, custodians, and chain operators
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, consumer finance apps, or centralized crypto exchanges
- Onchain/DeFi experience is a strong plus
- Strong customer-facing skills and technical fluency across custody, wallet infrastructure, and protocol integrations
