Senior Product Manager, Growth

Ondo Finance is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead growth across its unified app, which spans tokenized Stocks, Treasuries, and Portfolios. The role owns user acquisition, activation, and retention, building product-led growth loops and a strong experimentation culture to compound adoption across Ondo's suite of tokenized real-world asset products.

• Own user acquisition, activation, and retention across Ondo's unified tokenized-asset app
• Build product-led growth loops, referral mechanisms, and onboarding flows
• Establish and run an A/B testing and experimentation culture backed by growth analytics
• Define and track KPIs that measure funnel health and user engagement
• Coordinate closely with platform PMs, design, engineering, and marketing to ship growth initiatives

• 4-7+ years of consumer or growth product management experience, ideally in fintech or crypto
• Track record of owning data-driven growth metrics and experimentation programs
• Strong onboarding UX instincts and cross-functional PM experience
• Familiarity with on-chain/Web3 onboarding flows such as wallets and KYC is a plus
