Affiliate Manager

Ondo is hiring an Affiliate Manager to build and scale relationships with affiliates, creators, traders and key opinion leaders across the crypto ecosystem to support growth of Ondo's tokenized products. The hire will own the affiliate/KOL program end-to-end: recruiting partners, negotiating terms, launching campaigns and measuring performance, working closely with Growth, Content, Product, BD and Legal teams to build a scalable partner network that drives acquisition, trading activity and retention.

• Own the global affiliate and KOL program strategy with clear goals across awareness, acquisition, trading activity and ROI
• Identify, recruit and manage affiliates, creators, traders and community leaders across priority platforms and regions
• Build distinct partner/campaign strategies reflecting different audiences, products and regulatory considerations
• Negotiate compensation, referral structures and performance incentives, managing the full partner lifecycle
• Design and execute campaigns around launches, new markets and incentive programs with Content and Design
• Partner with Product and Growth to improve referral tracking, attribution and conversion
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance on agreements, disclosures and geographic restrictions

• Experience building affiliate/creator/KOL programs at a crypto exchange, trading platform or DeFi protocol
• Strong knowledge of the crypto creator and trading ecosystem
• Understanding of tokenized stocks and perpetual futures, leverage and market structure
• Track record of measurable acquisition/revenue outcomes through partner campaigns
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment around attribution, fraud risk and partner economics
• Familiarity with financial promotion disclosures and leveraged-product marketing rules preferred
