Senior Product Manager, AI Risk Strategy
Job Description
OKX is rebuilding its Buy/Sell Crypto risk and fraud-prevention stack around AI agents and LLMs, moving from manual review toward AI-Agent-powered intelligent review. This PM owns the end-to-end risk strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end risk strategy for transaction risk, fraud prevention, and review workflows
- Design/optimize rule engines, policy engines, and decision/model orchestration
- Analyze large-scale transaction data to find fraud patterns and optimize strategy
- Lead the shift from manual to AI-Agent-powered review (LLM-driven workflows)
- Drive prompt engineering, policy iteration, and model evaluation for deployed agents
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in risk strategy, fraud detection, or trust & safety
- Strong SQL and data analysis (Python/Spark a plus)
- Experience designing rule/policy/decision engines
- Hands-on LLM experience (prompt engineering, evaluation, production iteration)
- Fluent English and Mandarin
