Product Director, Localisation & AI Evals
Job Description
OKX is building a frontier agentic translation and QA system from scratch to localize its product across 20+ languages. The director owns both the agentic translation system and an autonomous QA/eval agent, leading a squad of PMs, engineers, and language managers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and ship an agentic translation system spanning 20+ languages with human-in-the-loop review
- Build a self-improving agentic QA product that autonomously evaluates translation/localization quality
- Define hard quality metrics the system optimizes against
- Lead a cross-functional squad of PMs, engineers, and language managers
- Reduce recurring production issues by turning each escape into a new guardrail
What we are looking for
- Track record taking a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1
- Deep hands-on experience with large-scale, frontier-LLM agentic systems
- Experience with harness/orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, LLM-as-judge evaluation
- Experience building quality/eval systems and release gates for autonomous systems
- International/multi-region product experience

On-site role split across Hong Kong SAR and Singapore, leading OKX's localization into 20+ languages via agentic systems.
