Head of Solutions Engineering

Offchain Labs built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution today, backed by $124 million in funding. This is a senior player-coach role on the Product team leading client-facing technical strategy while staying hands-on with code, integrations, and prototypes.

• Lead strategic client engagements and develop bespoke solution concepts
• Identify and advocate for strategic partnerships
• Relay developer feedback into roadmap and shape go-to-market
• Work with engineering and research teams on platform improvements
• Own developer success across leading Arbitrum ecosystem teams

• 8+ years in technical roles (solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, architecture)
• 4+ years leading or managing technical teams
• Direct experience with fintech/financial institutions on core infrastructure
• Experience writing Rust, Solidity, or Golang

Over 100 teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains; major users include Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain. Role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.
