Product Manager, Hermes Business

This leader will own the Hermes Enterprise roadmap, covering both managed Hermes Business and customer-controlled deployments, bringing Hermes Agent to entire companies on infrastructure they control. The role spans enterprise foundations (SSO, workspace isolation, audit), the Hermes Enterprise Workforce admin experience, cost and spend visibility, and a governed Collective Wisdom skill-sharing product.

• Define enterprise foundations: SSO, workspace isolation, audit capabilities
• Ship the Hermes Enterprise Workforce administration experience
• Turn spend visibility into cost optimization decisions
• Develop Collective Wisdom as a governed cross-org skill-sharing product
• Design employee access across CLI, desktop, and messaging platforms
• Run design-partner deployments and build deployment playbooks
• Manage cloud partnerships and define enterprise success metrics
• Maintain roadmap clarity via Jira and executive communication

• Enterprise B2B product management experience
• Experience with SSO/identity, workspace isolation, audit/compliance features
• Strong cross-functional and executive communication
• Experience with design-partner/early enterprise deployments
• Familiarity with agentic AI products (plus)
