Mysten Labs wants a Product Lead to turn its agentic technologies into products that customers can understand, adopt and buy. The lead works with the CTO, the Sales Lead and engineering to find customer problems, prototype solutions and bring them to market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize customer problems that Mysten's agentic products can solve
- Lead customer discovery with the CTO, including buyer needs, workflows and adoption barriers
- Build prototypes and demos using AI-assisted design and coding tools
- Write product requirements and take validated prototypes to production with engineering
- Shape packaging, pricing, positioning and go-to-market strategy with sales
- Design experiences that make agent permissions, policies and human oversight clear
- Define success measures for customer value, adoption, conversion and revenue
What we are looking for
- 12+ years in product management, product design or a related field
- Record of taking new products from uncertain opportunity to launch and commercial adoption
- Startup or entrepreneurial experience
- Strong prototyping skills with AI-assisted or agentic coding tools
- Direct customer experience, including demand validation and pilots
- Strong UX sense and enough technical fluency to work with engineering
