Morpho's Midnight launch introduced fixed-rate, fixed-term onchain lending, opening up credit markets that weren't previously viable on the protocol. This Staff Product Manager role exists to decide which of those markets Morpho should go after first, since the opportunity set is bigger than the team can chase all at once.
The PM will build the framework for sizing and sequencing new credit markets, covering areas like custodied Bitcoin, tokenized equities, undercollateralized credit, and credit card receivables, and will run the process for figuring out what institutional counterparties actually need before committing engineering time. That means working closely with protocol, engineering, solutions, partnerships, marketing, and legal to decide what Morpho builds itself versus what it partners for.
This is a senior, ambiguity-heavy role suited to someone who has taken products from zero to one in a genuinely new market before, ideally with some exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven launches.
This role effectively sets Morpho's roadmap for expanding beyond its Midnight fixed-term lending launch into new asset classes, making it one of the company's highest-leverage product hires as it moves from protocol capability to product-market fit in each new credit vertical.

Morpho is a decentralized lending protocol that lets anyone lend, borrow, and build custom credit markets on-chain. Backed by a16z, Paradigm, and Coinbase Ventures, Morpho's infrastructure powers billions of dollars in deposits and is used by major platforms including Coinbase, Binance, and Kraken.
