Product Manager (Protocol)

Morpho is an open, onchain credit network and lending protocol with over $12B in deposits, used by Coinbase, Ledger, Crypto.com, and large institutional players. This role sits on the Protocol team, owning product strategy for Morpho's core lending infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own the protocol-team roadmap and sequence work against goals and constraints
- Run continuous discovery with curators, distributors, integrators, and developers
- Translate insights into product requirements and decision frameworks
- Partner with engineering, research, security, legal, and marketing through launch
- Evaluate technical trade-offs between extending the protocol, surrounding infrastructure, or doing nothing
What we are looking for
- 5+ years building technical products in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Track record shipping features from ambiguous problem to launch
- Strong technical fluency to engage engineers and researchers directly
- Strong user-discovery and cross-functional leadership without formal authority
- Excellent async written and verbal communication
Additional Information
The role is remote-first across GMT-5 to GMT+2 time zones with access to a Paris office, and compensation includes a MORPHO token grant.
