Product Manager, Crypto Asset Management

The role owns day-to-day product execution across on-chain and off-chain workstreams, working with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Treasury and commercial teams on liquidity-provider integrations, routing, custody/wallet infrastructure, and best-execution capabilities.

• Own day-to-day product execution across Crypto Asset Management initiatives
• Support integrations with new liquidity sources including CEXs, OTC desks and decentralized services
• Coordinate asset availability and infrastructure initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Finance and Treasury
• Support setup and evolution of wallets, gas sponsorship and transaction broadcasting infrastructure
• Support roadmap development and prioritization using data and engineering constraints
• Contribute to the evolution of liquidity and asset-management infrastructure

• Experience in product management, product operations, treasury, finance, business analysis, or technical programme delivery
• Comfort working across cross-functional teams
• Strong product thinking and analytical skills
• Genuine interest in crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure
