Job Description
Magic Eden is hiring a Senior Growth Product Manager to own personalized retention for Dicey, its crypto casino and sportsbook platform, building AI-native workflows, agents, and pipelines to run lifecycle campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-driven workflows, agents, and pipelines to run lifecycle campaigns
- Own the player segmentation framework using on-chain activity and other signals
- Design and ship targeted offers (reload bonuses, wager bounties, win-back sequences)
- Spend significant time in the data warehouse and on-chain data
What we are looking for
- AI-native by default, comfortable building with AI agents and automation
- Analytically strong with SQL/data analysis skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving growth product role
