Lead Product Marketing Manager, Tokenization & Web3

Bitpanda is bringing regulated finance onchain with Vision Chain, its OP Stack L2. As its first Web3 product marketer, you will own how the chain and every Web3 product built on it is explained, launched and sold, to retail customers, financial institutions and developers.

Responsibilities

• Write positioning and messaging for each Web3 product, including Vision Chain, Vision Wallet, tokenization and DeFi products
• Run the Web3 launch calendar, including partner and ecosystem launches, and brief central marketing, CRM, in-app, localization and PR
• Plan campaigns across email, push, in-app and social that explain tokenized and onchain products and their risks
• Build positioning and sales material that business development uses with banks, asset managers and partners
• Work with Legal and Compliance so every message is clear, fair and accurate, and report adoption, retention and revenue

What we are looking for

• Typically 6+ years in product marketing, including time in a regulated financial business or a crypto firm working under MiCA
• Experience launching crypto or investing products and explaining wallets, L2s, stablecoins and tokenized assets in plain language
• Experience running partner launches or building material for sales and business development
• Data-led and AI-fluent, with the ability to set measures before launch
• German is a plus
