Head of Product

Dune's mission is to make onchain finance observable. As Head of Product you will define and lead the product strategy for market data and institutional customers, building data products that financial institutions depend on to commit capital, assess risk and enter new onchain markets.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy for market data and institutional customers
• Own the product experience from data creation to delivery, setting requirements for coverage, accuracy, consistency and timeliness
• Turn financial institutions' research, investment, trading and operational needs into product priorities
• Work with engineering and data teams to deliver reliable datasets, data feeds and integrations
• Partner with Product Marketing and Sales on customer evaluations, pricing and adoption
• Define success metrics, use AI to improve customer research, and lead and develop a product team

• Enjoy spending real time with customers, on calls and in their offices
• Have delivered technically complex data products that customers depend on
• Strong product judgment and the ability to decide with incomplete information
• Bonus: understanding of market data and how financial institutions buy and use it
• Bonus: knowledge of onchain markets, tokenized equities and RWAs

Remote within East Coast US and European time zones. Dune is a team of about 50 people.
