Group Product Manager, FinHub

Coinbase's FinHub team, within Platform, owns how money moves across fiat rails, crypto networks and internal ledgers. This Group Product Manager owns the controls, detection and remediation that ensure every fund flow reaches a correct terminal state.

• Own the multi-year strategy for money movement reliability and controls across fiat and crypto.
• Build controls infrastructure that confirms risk, compliance and financial controls pass before funds move.
• Drive real-time detection and end-to-end tracing across payment rails, blockchain networks and the ledger.
• Scale correctness through AI agents that propose controls, triage alerts and remediate within governed limits.

• 10+ years of product management with deep expertise in money movement, payments, ledgering or financial platforms.
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, idempotency, double-entry ledgering and reconciliation.
• Ability to set cross-team standards in a highly regulated environment.

Coinbase is remote-first, not remote-only, with quarterly in-person working sessions called surges.
