Product Manager, Compliance & Onboarding
Job Description
Cyclops builds the infrastructure layer that lets payment companies offer crypto and stablecoin products to merchants and end customers, having closed a $20M Series A in July 2026. As Product Manager for Compliance and Onboarding you'll own compliance and onboarding across the entire payment product suite.
Responsibilities
- Own KYB/KYC onboarding flows and cross-provider KYB orchestration
- Own the compliance product suite (sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, fraud prevention, Travel Rule)
- Drive automation and AI into compliance workflows
- Translate MiCA, US MTL, and emerging-market rules into product decisions
What we are looking for
- 5-8+ years product management experience with meaningful time on compliance/onboarding/risk/fraud products
- Experience coordinating KYB across regulated partners
- Deep KYB/KYC understanding and familiarity with Travel Rule and MiCA/US MTL/AML landscape
- Daily use of AI tools
Additional Information
Salary range is €50,000–€70,000/year gross, above the Austrian collective agreement minimum of €42,938/year.
