Community Manager (Korea)
Job Description
Sitting within the Aptos Foundation, this role leads local community growth in Korea across both the broader Aptos ecosystem and Decibel, Aptos's onchain perpetuals exchange. The manager will build and activate trading communities across Telegram, KakaoTalk, Discord, and X, identify and convert high-value traders and KOLs into active users, and run local events, AMAs, and trading competitions.
Aptos is looking for 2-4 years of community management or trader relations experience in Web3, an existing network within Korea's crypto trading scene, and fluency in both Korean and English.
Responsibilities
- Build and activate trading communities across Telegram, KakaoTalk, Discord, and X
- Identify and convert high-value traders and KOLs into active users
- Run local events, AMAs, and trading competitions
- Feed community feedback back to product, engineering, and marketing
What we are looking for
- 2-4 years of community management or trader relations experience in Web3
- Existing network within Korea's crypto trading scene
- Fluency in Korean and English
Additional Information
Korea-based role requiring willingness to travel regionally and represent Aptos and Decibel at in-person events.
