Demandgen / Growth Marketer
Job Description
Allium is building the system of record for onchain finance, ingesting, verifying, and standardizing data across 140+ blockchains and 30+ petabytes of history for customers including Visa, Stripe, Coinbase, Phantom, and Uniswap. As Growth Marketing Manager you'll develop and optimize growth marketing strategies to engage, retain, and grow the customer base.
Responsibilities
- Build growth marketing into a repeatable, scalable engine across geographies and channels
- Build automated campaign journeys with product marketing and marketing ops
- Create testing and optimization frameworks, A/B testing email and landing pages
- Deepen understanding of Web3 customer behavior to refine segmentation
What we are looking for
- 5+ years professional experience including 2+ years in growth marketing/demand-gen at a high-growth SaaS startup
- Expertise in scalable email and cross-channel campaigns
- Comfort with on-chain transaction data analysis
- Experience with HubSpot/Clay or similar; passion for blockchain technology
