Product Lead, Developer Experience

Alchemy is a Web3 infrastructure and developer-platform company serving 100+ chains and handling over $150B in annual transactions, trusted by JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, and others.

This role owns Alchemy's self-serve growth engine — the developer dashboard, onboarding funnel, and increasingly the "agent experience" as more developers reach Alchemy through AI coding agents like Claude Code and Cursor.

• Own the dashboard: signup, app creation, first API call, usage visibility, upgrade paths
• Own developer experience end-to-end (docs, SDKs, quickstarts, sandbox flows)
• Design and instrument the product-led growth funnel from first call to scaled paid usage
• Own "agent experience" — MCP server and agent-skill performance inside Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
• Build A/B testing and experimentation infrastructure; run pricing/onboarding tests
• Perform hands-on data analysis in the warehouse to find growth drivers

• 10+ years in product, with deep experience on developer platforms/APIs/infrastructure
• Proven ownership of a self-serve PLG funnel at scale
• Rigorous experimentation/statistics practice
• Strong SQL/data analysis skills
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority
• Technical fluency to prototype with APIs and AI agents

Hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York; compensation includes equity alongside base salary. The role sits at the intersection of product-led growth and Alchemy's emerging AI-agent developer channel (MCP server, Claude Code, Cursor).
