Trading Operations Associate
Job Description
Wormhole Labs is hiring a Trading Operations Associate for Sunrise, its Solana token launch platform. The role manages fund movements, settlements and treasury operations across exchange accounts and on-chain wallets, ensuring accuracy and security of high-stakes transactions.
Responsibilities
- Execute and verify fund transfers and settlements across CEXs and on-chain wallets
- Manage wallet and multisig operations, including signing, key custody and permissions
- Reconcile balances, transfers, fees and P&L using Excel/Sheets and Python
- Independently validate transaction details before execution
- Develop and improve operational security procedures for treasury workflows
What we are looking for
- 3+ years crypto financial operations experience (treasury, prop trading, or protocol finance)
- Deep knowledge of wallets, multisigs, hardware wallets, CEXs and block explorers
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and working Python skills
- Strong mental math and verification ability under pressure
- US-based
