Uniswap Labs is hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator to run day-to-day operations at its SoHo headquarters in New York. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main office contact and manage guests and deliveries.
- Run the food and beverage program.
- Manage facilities vendors and the building relationship.
- Handle office budgets and invoices.
- Plan team events and offsites.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in office management, facilities or executive administration.
- Strong vendor negotiation skills.
- Ability to work five days a week on site in New York.
Additional Information
On-site in the SoHo office, five days a week. Employer-stated pay: $39 to $49 per hour, with eligibility for tokens and other benefits.
