UX Product Design Intern

Blockchain.com is looking for a UX/Product Design Intern to join its Growth team in Paris for a 6-month internship. The company connects over 90 million wallet holders to cryptocurrency and has facilitated more than $1 trillion in crypto transactions since 2011. This role is for someone hungry, creative, and proactive who wants to ship real work that millions of people will see. You will work directly with senior designers, growth PMs, and engineers on experiences that bring new users in and help them activate — from onboarding flows and referral mechanics to landing pages and viral artifacts. This is a hands-on, high-output role where AI tools are a core part of the workflow, and where you will get real mentorship, real responsibility, and a portfolio that leaves stronger than it came in. The role is based in the Paris office with mandatory in-office presence four days per week.

Responsibilities: Design onboarding flows, referral experiences, landing pages, and signup funnels; create share cards, social mechanics, and viral artifacts; build prototypes to test ideas; take pieces of work end-to-end with mentorship; bring proposals and generate multiple directions per problem; use AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI) as a core part of workflow; learn how growth and A/B testing actually works.

Requirements: Student, recent grad, or self-taught designer with a portfolio showing real work; strong creativity with a clear point of view; fluency with AI tools (used daily); working knowledge of Figma; proactivity and bias toward speed and iteration. Preferred: interest in crypto; curiosity about growth and funnels; mobile-first design comfort.
