Head of Institutions

As Head of Institutions, this role plays a pivotal part in scaling Uniswap's institutional business, reporting directly to CEO Hayden Adams. The role spans business strategy and development, internal and external stakeholder relationship management, partnership go-to-market motions, and corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute institutional strategy identifying novel use cases, market structures, and partnerships
• Develop institutional go-to-market motions from segmentation through pipeline development and commercial models
• Source, negotiate, and lead strategic partnerships with banks, asset managers, and funds
• Build executive-level relationships across TradFi, fintech, payments, and digital-asset departments
• Translate market signals into company strategy, partnering closely with Product and Engineering

What we are looking for

• 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or strategy
• Demonstrated success closing complex partnerships and building a new business/market/GTM motion
• Strong knowledge of how financial institutions evaluate new technologies
• Executive presence, strong commercial judgment, and a strong network across financial institutions

Additional Information

Based in New York, NY. Compensation includes a base of $200K-$300K plus additional token compensation and benefits including company-paid medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, education stipend, unlimited PTO, and up to 16 weeks parental leave.
