Job Description
TRM's AI & Automation team designs and builds AI-powered applications and agentic solutions that help TRM's internal teams operate at scale. The Senior AI Engineer will design, build and own full-stack AI-powered internal applications end-to-end, and develop custom agentic solutions using OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini models to automate workflows and augment decision-making, with high ownership from architecture through delivery and on-call support.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and own full-stack AI-powered internal applications
- Develop agentic solutions using OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini models to automate internal workflows
- Own projects end-to-end from architecture/scoping through delivery and maintenance
- Provide on-call support for internal AI tooling
What we are looking for
- 6+ years full-stack software engineering building scalable web apps/services/APIs
- Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-powered applications
- Comfort owning projects end-to-end with high autonomy
- Experience with modern AI model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
