Head of Product Design
Job Description
TRM Labs provides AI-powered blockchain intelligence solutions helping public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. This is a player-coach Head of Product Design role leading a team of five designers, building a design org with a real point of view on how design drives product and business outcomes for both humans and AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Make the design team an 'agentic powerhouse'
- Recruit, develop, and retain top design talent
- Set and defend team priorities across pods
- Be a thought leader in agentic design internally and externally
What we are looking for
- 7+ years as a practicing product designer including 3+ years directly managing a design team
- Has built/grown a successful design team at a B2B SaaS company
- Already designs with AI tools (prototyping/critique/production) as part of a real workflow and can demo it
- Experience designing product surfaces where AI/automation does real work on a user's behalf
