Senior Product Designer (Wallets)
Job Description
Tether is hiring a senior product designer to own design execution for its wallet products, working directly with the Design Lead to shape where the wallets go next. The role covers the full design lifecycle: turning complex crypto concepts into experiences that feel simple to first-time users, rapid high-fidelity prototyping, and partnering daily with product, engineering, and research.
Candidates need 5+ years of product design experience with real shipping history on live wallet, crypto, or fintech products, mastery of visual and interaction design, and fluency in Figma along with modern AI-assisted prototyping tools.
Responsibilities
- Own design execution for Tether's wallet products end-to-end
- Turn complex crypto concepts into simple first-time-user experiences
- Rapid high-fidelity prototyping
- Partner daily with product, engineering, and research
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of product design experience with live wallet, crypto, or fintech shipping history
- Mastery of visual and interaction design
- Fluency in Figma and modern AI-assisted prototyping tools
- Working understanding of crypto networks, fees, and self-custody
