Job Description
Tether is seeking a DevOps Specialist to architect, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, with a focus on test-driven deployment, automated release management, and infrastructure as code. The role containerizes services with Docker and manages build/publishing workflows for JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++ packages.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, architecture, and management of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Implement test-driven deployment with automated testing and monitoring
- Containerize services with Docker and optimize image builds
- Oversee the build, packaging, and publishing lifecycle for JS/TS/C++ packages, including NPM and semantic tagging
- Maintain cross-platform CMake build pipelines and automate release/signing processes for mobile, web, and desktop
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field; 3+ years hands-on CI/CD at scale in production
- Test-driven deployment methodology and Docker/containerization expertise
- JS/TS package lifecycle management and C++ build systems (CMake)
- Advanced Linux administration/networking and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS CDK/CloudFormation)
Additional Information
100% remote. Mobile CI/CD automation experience for iOS/Android is a plus.
