Technical Solutions Consultant, Crypto

Job Description
Technical Solutions Consultants own the technical relationship with Stripe Crypto's largest and most complex users, leading cross-functional efforts across engineering, product and go-to-market.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic crypto accounts
- Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response
- Partner with go-to-market teams to deliver a coordinated customer experience
- Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in enterprise client-facing technical roles
- Strong experience with REST APIs and webhooks
- Working familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting and engineering partnership skills
