Technical Product Manager

Injective Labs seeks an exceptional Technical Product Manager with a strong engineering background to lead product development for Injective — one of the fastest-growing blockchains in the industry. Injective provides an interoperable smart contracts platform optimized for DeFi, with native integrations across Ethereum, Cosmos, and Solana. Incubated by Binance and backed by Jump Crypto, Pantera, and Mark Cuban. This role aligns technical capabilities with market demands to scale products across a global developer and trading community.

• Work with cross-functional global teams to build and enhance features for Injective
• Create and maintain roadmap and milestones with strategic priorities in mind
• Deliver detailed product requirement documents, propose implementation plans, and ship products on time
• Interview and interact with the community to ensure their needs are met
• Manage the full product lifecycle and drive development with the engineering team

• 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent
• Experience shipping and iterating on software or financial products
• Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to drive product decisions
• Experience in blockchain especially within the Cosmos ecosystem is highly preferred

This role is based in New York (on-site) with flexible hours accommodating global teams. Full-time employees are welcome from anywhere in the world with comfort working across time zones. Compensation includes competitive base salary plus INJ token awards.
