Technical Product Manager Hadron
Job Description
Tether is hiring a Technical Product Manager for Hadron, its asset tokenization platform. You will own the product roadmap for Hadron and work at the intersection of finance and blockchain technology, translating complex technical requirements into clear product features while collaborating closely with engineering, legal, and business development teams.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for the Hadron tokenization platform
- Define and prioritize product features based on market needs and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery
- Gather requirements from institutional clients and translate them into product specifications
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate Hadron
- Coordinate product launches and rollouts with marketing and business development teams
What we are looking for
- Technical product management experience in fintech or blockchain
- Understanding of asset tokenization, RWA, or DeFi protocols
- Ability to write detailed product specifications and user stories
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with smart contract platforms (EVM, Solana, or similar)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
