Job Description

Morpho is hiring a Technical Lead Manager to build and lead its platform engineering team, owning the infrastructure roadmap and institutional-grade reliability and security across a DeFi lending protocol with billions in deposits.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the platform engineering team
Own the infrastructure roadmap
Drive institutional-grade reliability and security (zero-trust IAM, multi-region SLOs)
