Technical Solutions Consultant, Crypto

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. As a Technical Solutions Consultant for Crypto you will be the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic crypto and stablecoin accounts, owning integrations, troubleshooting and customer feedback to Product.

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for a set of strategic crypto accounts, building durable relationships with their engineering and payments teams
• Lead complex technical troubleshooting and incident response for assigned accounts, owning communications and remediation until resolution
• Partner closely with GTM and other user-facing teams to deliver a coordinated experience across your accounts
• Translate customer and developer needs into actionable product feedback and surface it to Product and Engineering
• Develop and maintain account-specific operational runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics (uptime, latency, transaction throughput, settlement timelines)

• 5+ years in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Management, Technical Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Engineering
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks, and the ability to explain API concepts and troubleshooting steps to technical and non-technical audiences
• Working familiarity with stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals, including chains, wallets, on-chain transaction lifecycle, and on/off-ramps
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience partnering with engineering teams to resolve production incidents
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
