Owns feature development across Phantom's web platforms (Extension, Terminal) and mobile app; leads initiatives adding support for new blockchains and building engineering infrastructure to speed up team workflows.

- Cross-collaborate on hiring/culture
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's in CS/Software/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years coding in TypeScript/React/React Native/Node.js/Python/Java
- 3 years writing tests/testing infrastructure
- 2 years leading projects design-to-deployment, monitoring systems at scale, writing design docs
