Staff DevOps Engineer (Platform)
Job Description
Phantom, the self-custodial crypto wallet used by 20M+ active users across Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, and Bitcoin, is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer for its Platform team. The role owns CI/CD infrastructure and mobile release automation across iOS, Android, and Chrome.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve CI/CD infrastructure built on GitHub Actions and Kubernetes
- Automate mobile release workflows, including app store submissions for iOS and Android
- Oversee end-to-end test automation
- Optimize CI/CD pipeline performance and observability
- Ensure build and release systems meet fintech security and compliance standards
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of DevOps, Platform, or SRE experience at senior/staff level
- Strong AWS and CI/CD systems experience
- Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code experience
- Mobile CI/CD experience
- Background in fintech or security-compliance environments
