Job Description
CoW DAO is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer with strong Rust skills to build the infrastructure behind CoW Protocol's solver network and order settlement engine. This is a contract role focused on the core backend systems that power CoW Swap, the leading MEV-protected DEX aggregator on Ethereum.
The ideal candidate has deep experience building high-performance distributed systems in Rust and is comfortable working in a decentralized, async-first team environment. CoW Protocol runs a competitive solver network where performance and reliability are critical.
