Senior Site Reliability Engineer
Job Description
SSV Labs builds SSV Network, decentralized Ethereum staking infrastructure via Distributed Validator Technology. This SRE role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and blockchain, supporting a multi-cloud, multi-Kubernetes-cluster stack running everything from APIs to full Ethereum testnets.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure and tooling for rapid, secure product-team iteration
- Influence infrastructure and operational strategy
- Resolve production incidents blamelessly
- Support production deployments and release management
- Build and deploy AI-powered engineering tooling, including autonomous coding agents and LLM-assisted CI/CD
What we are looking for
- Kubernetes expertise
- ArgoCD, Terraform/Crossplane, and the Grafana LGTM stack
- 3-5 years of infrastructure-as-code and cloud provisioning experience
- 3-5 years of Go/Python scripting experience
- Linux, containerization, and cloud expertise
- Daily fluency with AI coding tools; Ethereum/staking familiarity a plus
