Sr. Product Manager, Fintechs & Exchanges
Job Description
OP Labs — the team behind Optimism and the OP Stack, powering 65% of all Ethereum Layer 2 transactions — is hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive onchain adoption by fintechs and centralized crypto exchanges. Backed by $178M from a16z and Paradigm, OP Labs is building the open-source infrastructure that enables a Superchain of interoperable L2 networks.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy for fintech and centralized exchange integration onto the Optimism ecosystem
- Define product requirements for tools and integrations that help fintechs deploy onchain
- Identify and address developer experience gaps for fintech and exchange builders on OP Stack
- Collaborate with the Optimism Foundation, engineering, and business development on ecosystem growth
- Define success metrics for fintech and exchange adoption of the Superchain
What we are looking for
- Product management experience in crypto, Web3, or blockchain infrastructure
- Understanding of fintech infrastructure, payment rails, and exchange operations
- Familiarity with Ethereum L2 scaling solutions and the OP Stack ecosystem
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills: engineering, partnerships, and foundation teams
- Ability to think in ecosystems — balancing developer experience with business development outcomes
