Privy, within Stripe, is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own the technical customer journey for its largest customers end-to-end, from pre-sales technical discovery through integration, launch, and post-launch support.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for large Privy customers
- Lead pre-sales technical discovery conversations
- Coordinate integration and launch work alongside Account Management and Forward Deployed Engineering
- Provide ongoing post-launch technical support
What we are looking for
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation-style roles
- Strong technical judgment in complex customer environments
- High ownership and communication skills
- Familiarity with wallet or crypto-rails products is valuable
