Solutions Engineer

Job Description
BitGo's Solutions Engineering team works with prospective and current customers, providing workshops and training on BitGo's products and guiding them from sales through onboarding. This Singapore-based role nurtures APAC client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical and product demos through pre- and post-sales cycles
- Drive technical workshops, solution architecture, and executive presentations
- Manage continuous client relationships across technical architecture and business requirements
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on new features
- Act as client advocate and build technical demos
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years in a client-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, TAM)
- 5+ years in blockchain, crypto, financial services, banking, or payments
- Development experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- Fluent English; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean a plus
Additional Information
Candidate must be based in Singapore and willing to work from the office five days a week.
