Solutions Engineer
Job Description
BitGo is hiring a Solutions Engineer to join its New York team. This client-facing technical role sits at the intersection of sales and engineering, helping exchanges, funds, and institutional clients integrate BitGo's custody, prime services, and trading APIs. You will be the technical voice for BitGo during the sales cycle and post-sales onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for prospective BitGo clients.
- Build and maintain integration demos, sample code, and API documentation.
- Support clients through technical onboarding and multi-sig wallet setup workflows.
- Translate BitGo product capabilities into clear technical recommendations for enterprise clients.
- Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to close deals and improve the product.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of solutions engineering, technical sales, or developer relations experience.
- Strong programming skills (JavaScript/TypeScript or Python) and REST API experience.
- Understanding of digital asset custody, blockchain transactions, or crypto trading mechanics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level client conversations.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or enterprise SaaS solutions environments.
