Head of Stablecoins
Job Description
The Solana Foundation is hiring a leader to own the strategy, growth, and ecosystem development of stablecoins built on Solana. The person will work across protocol teams, issuers, and DeFi partners to expand stablecoin usage and adoption on the network as part of the Foundation's broader push into institutional and payments use cases.
The Foundation is looking for 7+ years of experience spanning business development, product strategy, growth, or protocol/ecosystem leadership, ideally within crypto or fintech, along with a strong grasp of stablecoin mechanics and DeFi market dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy, growth, and ecosystem development of stablecoins on Solana
- Work across protocol teams, issuers, and DeFi partners
- Expand stablecoin usage and adoption on the network
- Support institutional and payments use cases
What we are looking for
- 7+ years in business development, product strategy, growth, or protocol/ecosystem leadership
- Crypto or fintech background preferred
- Strong grasp of stablecoin mechanics and DeFi market dynamics
