Tether is hiring a Software Engineer for its P2P team, building distributed indexing and networking systems on the Holepunch stack (hyperswarm/hypercore) to support its expansion into peer-to-peer data and infrastructure.

- Build distributed indexing systems using CRDTs
- Work on Kademlia DHT-based P2P networking
- Build on the Holepunch stack (hyperswarm/hypercore)
